Today
AI Mindset Consultant
I sit with technical teams and change the way they think about work. Not through training — through solving real projects together.
Why AI
The moment everything changed
I spent my entire career building systems. Designing architectures, leading teams, solving problems. Then in early 2025, I gave an AI a task that would take a junior developer two days. Done in minutes. Working, testable code. Not perfect — but perfectly usable as a starting point. One of those stories? An invoicing system in 2 days.
It wasn't the code that hit me. It was the feeling. I realized that 25 years of experience don't give me an edge in writing code — they give me an edge in recognizing what the right solution is. And that's exactly the ability AI needs from a human. It's not replacing me. It needs me differently.
I'd been pushing AI into companies since 2023 — I knew it would change the rules. But this moment showed me how much. And by the end of 2025, when AI was working at a senior developer level, I was certain: this is the most important technology shift of my generation. Not because AI is trendy. But because most teams don't realize it yet. See the case studies for how this looks in practice.

Philosophy
"I don't sell training,
I change mindsets."
A one-day workshop produces excitement that lasts a week. Nobody finishes an online course. A remote consultant doesn't know your code or your culture.
I sit with your team. We work on your real projects, with your actual code, in a safe environment. Your code and data stay safe. Your team sees with their own eyes what's possible — and they won't want to work the old way anymore.
That's a mindset change. Not a certificate, not a presentation for management.
Let's find out if this makes sense
Capacity: max 4 teams per month (each workshop = 1–2 days on-site with you).
