Through the contact form on this website, we process:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name (if provided)
• Team size (if provided)
• Message text

Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry and potentially prepare a collaboration proposal. Data is not shared with third parties except the email service provider (Resend), which handles email delivery.

Email marketing (AI Cheat Sheet)

Through the Claude Code cheat sheet download form, we process:

• Email address
• IP address (for spam protection and rate limiting)

Purpose: sending Claude Code tips and information about Swinging Dogs s.r.o. services.

Legal basis: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, confirmed via double opt-in (confirmation email).

Processor: self-hosted Sendy (data on our own server), Amazon SES (email delivery).

Retention period: for the duration of the subscription. Unconfirmed subscriptions are periodically deleted.

Withdrawal of consent: via the link in every email or at info@swingingdogs.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

IP logs: IP addresses are logged for rate limiting and spam protection purposes. Logs are automatically deleted.

Legal basis

Processing is based on legitimate interest (responding to an inquiry) and pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Retention period

Contact form data is retained for the time necessary to process the inquiry, up to 12 months from the last contact, unless a collaboration is established.
